Rajendra Sharma has been serving as the Executive Director of Janahit Gramin Sewa Samittee (JGSS) in Sindhupalchok since February 2009. Holding a Master's degree in Rural Development, his extensive professional experience includes facilitating overall programs supported by major agencies like USAID, UNICEF, OXFAM, and the World Health Organization. He has played a crucial leadership role in local governance and community development programs (LGCDP), water sanitation and hygiene (WASH) initiatives, and disaster risk management. His work prominently spans major crisis responses in Sindhupalchok, including the Jure landslide, the 2015 earthquakes, and subsequent severe floods, where he actively coordinated relief, recovery, and the construction of integrated settlements and drinking water schemes.
Shreedhar Neupane served as the Program Coordinator at Janahit Gramin Sewa Samittee, taking a lead role in planning, budgeting, implementation, and coordination for the Nepal Earthquake Response and Recovery Projects. With a Master's degree in Rural Development, his core responsibilities at JGSS involved managing diverse sectors such as Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihoods (EFSVL), WASH, Shelter, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and logistic and MEAL frameworks. Beyond his core project duties, he drove Media, Advocacy, and Campaign (MAC) efforts, successfully coordinated with district stakeholders, and guided project teams to fulfill organizational objectives.
Sonika Thapaliya contributed to Janahit Gramin Sewa Samittee through two distinct roles during earthquake response and recovery projects funded by Oxfam Nepal. She initially worked as the MEAL Officer, where she led overall monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities across WASH, livelihood, gender, shelter, and DRR sectors, developed standard reporting formats, and ensured proper documentation and digital content management. She then advanced to serve as the Program Coordinator at JGSS from March 2019 to June 2019, focusing on activity planning, multi-stakeholder coordination, context assessments, and guiding project staff toward achieving established log-frame outcomes.
Rakesh Rana serves as the Finance Manager for Janahit Gramin Sewa Samittee, bringing a strong academic background with a BBS and M.A. alongside specialized expertise in Financial Management. Working as a core staff member, he manages the organization's financial systems, compliance, and budget controls to support transparency and effective resource allocation across Janahit's community-focused developmental programs.
Ramsharan BK serves as the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) coordinator at Janahit Gramin Sewa Samittee (JGSS), bringing a Master's degree in science and specialized expertise in Disaster Management. As part of the core staff, his professional responsibilities focus on planning, implementing, and coordinating disaster management, risk reduction, and resilience initiatives to support vulnerable communities in the district.
Rajkumar Shrestha serves as an Engineer at Janahit Gramin Sewa Samittee, holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) with specialized expertise in the engineering sector. As part of the core technical team, he provides essential infrastructure planning, design, and technical oversight to support the organization's construction and community development projects.

He plays a key role within the technical staff by handling structural planning, technical supervision, and project implementation support for community initiatives.
